Tim Barritt is a Petroleum Engineer with 36 years of experience in the field of oil and gas well drilling and production. Mr. Barritt has worked in the Coal Bed Methane industry for over 11 years. During his career, Tim has provided CBM drilling or consulting services to numerous natural gas exploration and production companies including Anadarko Petroleum Corp., Bill Barrett Corp., Bowers Oil and Gas, Cedar Resources, Hi-Pro, Lance Operating, Marathon Oil Co., MTG Operating, Pennaco, Pinnacle, Rocky Mountain Gas, Western Gas, Williams Exploration and Production, and Yates Petroleum. Tim's experience resolving numerous Coal Bed Methane well drilling and production issues has earned him an industry wide reputation as a well drilling and completion troubleshooter. This experience sparked the idea for the development of the ARID System for managing produced water with minimal cost while maximizing gas production. Tim earned his degree in Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1973.

Dick Stockdale is a licensed Geohydrologist with 35 years of experience in his field. Dick was the State of Wyoming, State Geohydrologist for 28 years and also served as Wyoming State Engineer. Dick has extensive knowledge of Water Law and Regulatory guidelines both in Wyoming and Montana and is well respected in his field. Dick has worked in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming for 35 years.

Ray Murphy is a licensed Geologist with 27 years of experience in his field. Ray worked for the State of Wyoming, as the Assistant State Geohydrologist. He has also worked for Barrett Resources and Williams Operating Company as their Regulatory Specialist/Geohydrologist in the Coal Bed Methane industry. Ray has extensive knowledge of the regulatory issues and problems faced by the industry. Ray has 20 years of experience in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming.
